Eligibility and Age Restriction
The mvpvisa platform is strictly intended for adults. Account Registration and Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify mvpvisa immediately via the support channels provided on this website. mvpvisa may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected unauthorised access.
3.1 Account Verification (KYC)
mvpvisa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time mvpvisa deems necessary. Verification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. mvpvisa reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests until satisfactory verification is completed.
3.2 Account Currency
All mvpvisa accounts for users in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, balances, bonuses, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in BDT. mvpvisa does not support multi-currency account balances.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawals are typically completed within one to three hours of approval during operational hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. mvpvisa reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
4.1 Withdrawal Conditions
Before any withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be declined. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a standard processing review.
4.2 Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to make a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you, or to manipulate, reverse, or fraudulently dispute a transaction, will result in the immediate suspension of your account and may be referred to relevant authorities. mvpvisa employs fraud detection systems that monitor all transactions for irregular activity. Any winnings generated through fraudulent payment activity will be voided.
4.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. mvpvisa may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to any dormant account balance after this period. Users will be notified via email prior to any deduction. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
Betting and Gaming Rules

These specific rules are supplementary to these Terms and should be read carefully before participating. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the mvpvisa platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. All bet confirmations are final. mvpvisa reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or any system malfunction that caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Where a violation is confirmed, mvpvisa may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account, void associated bets and winnings, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
Never share your username or password. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
No bots, no collusion, no exploit abuse. Fair play is a core condition of your account access.
All personal and payment details must be truthful and kept up to date throughout your account lifetime.
If you discover a technical error or pricing fault, you must report it. Exploiting errors violates these Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
mvpvisa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: age policy violations, identity fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering activity, use of prohibited automated tools, and persistent violation of fair play standards.
Where an account is closed by mvpvisa due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's own request, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
mvpvisa supports voluntary self-exclusion as part of its responsible gaming commitment.
